The terms and conditions listed below are valid for all purchases of products from Komerse online shop at (based in Europe). All information on the website and in connection with placing orders, including these terms and conditions, is in English and the agreement is entered into in English.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will at all times be accessible on Komerse’s online shop. Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly. We regularly update these terms and conditions – changes will be directly posted.

Ordering Online
The shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can order online at any time you wish. Please read the ordering process description below. We are sure that you will have a positive experience with our online shop.

Staffing hours
The staff of the Komerse webshop processes orders Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm Central European Time. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the following business day.

Protection of personal data
Komerse is subject to the Swedish Act on Processing of Personal Data and all handling of personal data is conducted in accordance with the aforementioned act. The information that we collect
Komerse collects information about our users in two ways: Through so-called “cookies” (see the next section) and through registration (see below).
In general, Komerse only requests personal and user-related information when you wish to subscribe to newsletters, enter contests, or take advantage of other services. Personal data collected by Komerse is primarily limited to: e-mail address, name, address, gender and age, but may also include other information such as interests, etc.
In connection with purchases on its website, Komerse requests the customer’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, all of which are necessary to fill the order and are used solely in connection with processing the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form for a period of 5 years.
You may voluntarily choose to register your e-mail address on a mailing list at Komerse, so that you can receive regular news updates and other information from Komerse. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from this service at any time, free of charge.
Komerse does not store the names and e-mail addresses of users who have unsubscribed from services, nor of users who have participated in contests, for example.

What the cookies are used for
When you visit for the first time, you automatically receive a cookie. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, etc), which registers you as a unique user. This cookie is identified by Komerse’s web server when you visit and it registers the use of this website.
A cookie can contain text, numbers or, for example, a date, but no personal information is stored in a cookie. It is not a program and cannot contain a virus.
Most browsers enable you to delete cookies from your hard disk, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is saved. Komerse uses cookies to compile demographic and user-related statistics to thereby gather a better understanding of who visits Komerse solely registers anonymous data such as IP numbers, total bytes sent and received, internet host, time, browser type, browser version and language, etc. This type of data enables us to adapt and create content and services that match your interests and wishes.

Protecting your personal data
It is important to Komerse that your personal data is stored securely and confidentially. Access to all registered user data at is limited to trusted employees of Komerse and our security measures are regularly controlled to determine whether data about our users is handled correctly and in observance of the users’ rights.
However, it is not possible to guarantee 100% security for data transactions via internet. When data is sent and stored electronically, there is always a risk that others will force their way to unauthorized access to protected data before it reaches our servers. So even though Komerse does its best to protect your personal data, we cannot secure, nor guarantee the security of some information. Thus, you send your data at your own risk.

Sharing your personal data
When you register at or otherwise provide your personal data, Komerse does not under any circumstances transmit or sell to third parties information that can be connected to identifiable individuals without your explicit permission. Similarly, no log files or other standard information is transmitted or sold to third parties.

Changes in the guidelines
The rapid development of the internet can make changes in our processing of private data necessary. Thus, Komerse reserves the right to update and revise the guidelines in this document.

Ordering products
The actual agreement between you and Komerse is considered entered into when Komerse has confirmed the order. If Komerse is unable to fulfill your order for reasons such as sold-out products, we will contact you as quickly as possible by telephone or e-mail.
You are responsible and liable for ensuring that the entered customer information is correct, as Komerse performs no further validation or control of this information.

Prices and payment
The applicable price is that which is listed on the website on the day of the order for the product in question. All prices are listed in EUR and inclusive of the currently applicable 25% VAT for all countries. We reserve the right to change prices immediately without further notice. However, prices will typically be adjusted as every fashion season. Shipping costs, as well as import duties and VAT are not included. Import duties and VAT only apply to deliveries to countries outside of Europe.
A charge to cover shipping costs shall be added to every product order placed on the website. Shipping charges will be listed on the order summary, as well as in the order confirmation that is sent via e-mail.
Komerse accepts payment with the following cards: VISA/Visa electron/MasterCard/Eurocard/JCB/AMEX. The payment total will be deducted from your account directly at time of order.

Komerse uses third party payment solutions that encrypt all of your card data with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information transmitted during the transaction with for example PayPal.

Komerse provides for delivery to the recipient via UPS/DHL/POSTEN/SCHENKER (unless otherwise indicated). Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. As Komerse cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Komerse cannot provide a 100% guarantee of when the order will be delivered to the customer’s address. In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery.
As a consumer, you have a right to cancel the purchase order if the entire delivery is delayed in relation to the applicable agreement.
Shipping costs are listed in the order confirmation and are to be paid by the buyer. Costs relating to customs clearance and local VAT and administration shall be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the product(s).

Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation on ordered goods, calculated from the day on which they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. Please note that all clothing items, that are unsealed (e.g. opening of the plastic bag) by the buyer can not be returned. This is in particular the case for hygienic wear and body wear.
As packaging represents a significant portion of the product’s value, the product cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. The customer is liable for ensuring that the return goods are packaged suitably. Thus, you are encouraged to save the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product.
Products must be returned via DHL/UPS/POSTEN/POSTEN/SCHENKER.
When returned products are received and approved, the purchase price shall be refunded to your account. This amount shall be returned to you immediately after Komerse has received the return product(s) and had the opportunity control the product(s), which usually will occur no later than 30 days after receipt of the product(s). You must personally cover the return costs. For practical details, please see the section “Claims and product returns”.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery. Returns may also be made by choosing not to receive an order shipment. It is not a requirement, but you can help to make processing quicker and easier if you complete and send the enclosed return form or otherwise provide thorough information with the return package, e.g. a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which a refund is to be transferred, copy of prior correspondence, etc.

In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or pre-paid orders that are cancelled prior to delivery, a partial or complete refund of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer. Therefore, Komerse requires information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and may be sent via e-mail or other traditional forms of correspondence.

The full agreement
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with the website’s prices, contract details and guidelines regarding the protection of personal data, comprise the full agreement relating to our delivery of products to you.
